Role reports to: Head of RGM Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Manager, Revenue Growth Management US is responsible for managing daily advertising and sales promotion activities, developing sales processes and pricing models, and driving product improvements. You will coach and mentor your team, implement marketing strategies, and research new markets to achieve business growth:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or revenue growth management roles.
  • Expert Excel plus intermediate SQL and/or Python; demonstrated ability with large, complex datasets and robust modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to develop pricing strategies and sales processes.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities to effectively present complex revenue concepts to diverse stakeholders.

  • TPO experience; exposure modeling; retailer media/retail analytics; A/B testing.
  • Circana/NielsenIQ, Numerator, retailer portals; POS Data; Power BI/Tableau; strong Excel; SQL/Python.

Responsibilities

  • Data Engineering Lite: Ingest, harmonize, and document syndicated, panel, and retailer data; ensure accuracy and lineage.
  • Modeling & Scenario Work: Price elasticity, promo ROI, incremental lift, mix attribution, GTN waterfalls; sensitivity testing and “whatifs.”
  • BI & Storytelling: Build Power BI/Tableau dashboards; translate output into concise, visual narratives for leadership and customer facing decks.
  • Commercial Partnering: Work with Sales/Finance/Marketing to operationalize pricing moves, PPA choices, mix shifts, GTN cleanups, and terms changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Automate recurring routines; codify templates and documentation so insights scale.
