About The Position

The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for interacting with ROPS leaders at all levels of the organization to develop, manage, evaluate, and make recommendations on projects that impact the ROPS Workforce Planning strategy, in alignment with ROPS strategy. This includes partnering with our key stakeholders to bring in top talent and set candidates up for a career with the Village.

  • Effective training and presentation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, including active listening & curiosity, across all teammate populations
  • Working knowledge of ROPS teams, functions, systems, processes
  • Model, coach, and influence effective & timely problem resolution across all levels of leadership
  • Data analysis and/or process innovation
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships across all areas of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communication
  • Proactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentations
  • Measure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources
  • Develop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementation
  • Select and manage resources to accomplish project objectives
  • Identify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teams
  • Set priorities and direction for projects
  • Perform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities
  • Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externally
  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
