Accountabilities Own the strategy for optimizing revenue-driving events and markdowns. Lead the development of forecasting models to improve accuracy in client metrics. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement high-impact revenue strategies. Build and refine processes to achieve margin objectives across business units. Partner with Data Science to enhance algorithmic pricing models. Set performance targets and address business gaps collaboratively. Design and implement the margin forecasting framework for Merchandising. Requirements 8-12 years of experience in retail/e-commerce planning or pricing strategy. Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Looker, or Tableau) for data interpretation. Proficient in Excel with a basic understanding of Anaplan. Ability to create data-driven solutions to business challenges. Strong communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams and leadership.
