About The Position

This role is responsible for shaping and executing revenue and margin strategies that directly impact the company’s financial performance. You will lead pricing and promotional initiatives, develop forecasting models, and collaborate across merchandising, finance, data science, and product teams to optimize revenue outcomes. Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in retail, e-commerce planning, pricing strategy, or revenue management, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Looker, Tableau, and advanced Excel; general knowledge of Anaplan preferred
  • Experience designing and executing structured, data-driven solutions to complex business problems
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional roadblocks effectively
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives independently from ideation to execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning diverse teams around revenue objectives
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of pricing, promotional, and margin initiatives to optimize revenue, sell-through, and profitability
  • Lead development and implementation of forecasting models for promotions, margins, and inventory trends
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Merchandising, Finance, Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Operations—to execute high-impact revenue strategies
  • Build scalable processes, tools, and best practices to achieve margin objectives across business units
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for markdown events, diagnosing business gaps and driving corrective actions
  • Design and implement margin forecasting frameworks, training teams, and establishing standards organization-wide
  • Influence decision-making using data insights, analytics, and external benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations
