The Manager, Revenue Cycle Training & Development is responsible for the training content development, implementation, and evaluation of revenue cycle training programs for use throughout the health system revenue cycle. The role partners with revenue cycle leaders, collaborators, and other dependent of contributing departments in developing training programs and activities by directly managing trainers and by coordinating revenue cycle training needs in the organization. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, organizational development, instructional design, curriculum development, instructor-led training, and web-based training. Develops training strategy, implementation and support to ensure accurate and timely training is provided. The Manager assumes fiscal responsibility through providing support of unit budgets, serves as a liaison with health system leadership and other personnel, promotes maximum growth and development of each employee and participates in strategic planning, both long and short-term.
