The RCM Manager is responsible for maintaining key relationships with practice executives, managing RCM performance for assigned practice locations, and developing performance initiatives for practice-based revenue cycle management (RCM) teams, third-party RCM vendors, and internal RCM teams. This position will drive RCM projects, utilize analytics to guide workflow optimization, and assist in managing workflows for corporate in-house RCM teams. The RCM Manager may oversee various identified departments within the RCM team, such as General, Pediatric, Orthodontics, and others. May also have responsibilities for specific tasks within insurance or processes.
