Job Description Summary The Manager, Revenue Cycle Applications manages the optimization, development/configuration, implementation, integration and support of Shirley Ryan AbilityLab's Revenue Cycle applications, including Registration, Scheduling, HIM, Patient Accounting and Charge Services. They will work closely with our Patient Financial Services, Finance and Operational counterparts to plan, direct and coordinate activities of Revenue Cycle initiatives to ensure that departmental goals are accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate team members. They are responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects through management of initiatives. They will also work collaboratively with our vendors and operational counterparts to identify and address potential optimization projects. They will work with Revenue Cycle analysts, vendors and operational counterparts to develop solutions for a wide array of issues, interfacing with all areas affected by the identified problem. They will be responsible for communicating statuses to Information Systems executives and operational stakeholders. They will build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders. They will work with operational counterparts and Revenue Cycle analyst to prioritize tickets based on complexity and impact. They will work closely with the Revenue Cycle team to ensure team cohesion and staff development.
