What is The Role This role is responsible for leading the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud and being responsible for the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash capability. The manager will ensure that quoting, pricing, contracting, ordering, and billing processes operate optimally and scale with business growth. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations or migrations
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and cross-functional dependencies
  • Ability to lead sophisticated system initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process and technical design

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce platform experience in Sales Cloud and related integrations
  • Experience working with Finance and Revenue Operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end migration from Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud, including planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Own Quote-to-Cash processes across quoting, pricing, product configuration, orders, invoicing, and revenue handoff to Finance
  • Translate commercial and operational requirements into Revenue Cloud solution design and governance
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to align systems with business policies and controls
  • Lead delivery roadmap, dependencies, risks, and technical debt related to Revenue Cloud
  • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and integration reliability across upstream and downstream systems
  • Define and track operational metrics to improve quote accuracy, cycle time, and revenue predictability
  • Act as escalation point for complex Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash issues
