Position Purpose: The Controllership team serves as a strategic and innovative partner focused on supporting business growth, as part of a world-class controllership organization. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of associate and senior associates (individual contributors). The person in this role is accountable for driving the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and continuous improvement of processes and delivery. This role leads overall day to day activities for their tower (e.g., procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)), partnering with project teams and off-shore business partners. Managers provide coaching to team members, along with supporting their development of business and technical skills. The individual in this role has experience leading people for guaranteeing the daily service delivery to multiple stakeholders across the company and driving engagement with their team. This role is expected to collaborate with other Controllership team members and stakeholders across the organization to align strategies and to ensure information is shared and transactions are completed effectively. These responsibilities require effective communication skills, building relationships and partnerships, and leveraging business proficiency to suggest solutions and provide recommendations.
