About The Position

The Manager Revenue Cycle – Clinic will be responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic revenue cycle. Has direct responsibility for overseeing workflows and processes as well as continuously looking for improvements in the revenue cycle. This position will require the ability to manage difficult and complex issues along with providing action plans to resolve obstacles that maybe impactful to the revenue cycle. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training and development and retention of Clinic Revenue Cycle staff. Supports the Principal, Revenue Cycle Operations and responds positively to special projects and responsibilities, including performance objectives. Reviews, develops, and implements policies and workflows for the department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration OR 3-5 plus years of relevant experience in provider-based billing in healthcare
  • Experience supervising a revenue cycle team

  • Certified coder (CPC)
