Come be a part of this journey with us as we champion lives! The RLRP Manager is responsible for managing the RLRP department which supports the Institutional Market Operations area. The RLRP department provides support to the division in the following areas: provides administrative services to participants and beneficiaries receiving reoccurring payments from OneAmerica, specifically pension, annuity and lump sum payments under PRT, GVA, Unallocated and Transamerica plans. More specifically, the position adds value to the organization by strategically aligning the teams in order to meet department goals, assists in resolving internal and external issues that negatively impact our ability to deliver results, supports ongoing development of RLRP staff, all of which contribute to the organizational key results.
