The Manager, Retention & Winback Marketing will support all Saves channels, leading efforts to evolve the Retention business while protecting against potential impacts to churn and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Legal, Insights, Commerce, and Analytics, to execute data-driven campaigns, optimize cancel rates and MER objectives, and continuously refine strategies to drive customer retention and business growth.
