The Retail Execution Management (REM) Manager will serve as the U.S. business lead for both the Retail Execution Management (REM) and Retail Execution Planning (REP) programs. REM’s primary objective is to drive in-store success and increase sales by integrating all execution systems, improving communication around Key Account (KA) programs, and providing sales teams with store-specific promotions, execution expectations, and insights exactly when they need them. This role will work cross-functionally with RBNA business teams, IT, and global headquarters partners to define business requirements, guide solution development, and lead U.S. deployment, adoption, and ongoing management of REM and REP capabilities. The REM Manager will ensure that these tools meet RBNA’s business needs and support consistent, streamlined, and effective field execution across RBNA’s distribution network. The REM Manager will be responsible for the U.S. go-live strategy, including change management, distributor readiness, and performance tracking. Although this position will not initially have direct reports, it is expected to build and lead a small team over time to support the launch, maintenance, optimization, and scaling of these tools.
