About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. delivers profits through principles to make an outsized impact on the world - we're looking for an ascending leader to be our Manager, Retail Asset Protection, U.S. and Canada, and have an outsized impact on the ongoing transformation of the company to becoming a world-class, DTC-first retailer. This person will be a proven star performer and force multiplier. We're looking for an innovator, creator, and initiator, equally adept at the tactical and strategic areas of our work. This person will be a versatile, collaborative systems thinker and lifelong learner who can build and continuously improve scalable, measurable programs while proactively adapting and evolving their professional capabilities to add value and meet the needs of the business. The manager will lead retail asset protection and safety initiatives for all stores in the U.S. and Canada, keeping employees and consumers safe, while maximizing profitability of the business. The manager will be directly responsible for all safety, physical security, investigations, training and associated awareness, policy and governance, supporting and advising retail operations, legal, and HR teams on all asset protection matters.
