About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Manages all activities of assigned outlets, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : Assistant Manager Restaurant Manager Restaurant Shift KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Assist with designing creative menus with consolidation to cost, quality and presentation Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and ability to market the outlet Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment Schedules periodic food service employee meetings to ensure correct execution of restaurant policies Participates with strategic planning and the budget regarding the director of the outlets Participate in the financial operating and capital planning process and make recommendations that achieve desired financial results Analyze and understand market research as it applies to the Food & Beverage operation Requisition all supplies for the outlets Ensure adherence to all Board of Health standards Endorse the business and service objectives, ethics and values of the company Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency of operation and the highest degree of customer satisfaction Ensures that all guest complaints are handled in a courteous and professional manner Ensures staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy

Requirements

  • College degree, two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Two year’s work experience in full service or high-volume restaurant.
  • Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and management skills
  • Excellent planning and public relation skills
