About The Position

As the Manager of Respiratory Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino, you will operations and administration of quality care through each of the service areas represented in our Respiratory Care service lines, including acute and sub-acute respiratory care, pulmonary diagnostics, non-invasive cardiology and neurodiagnostic services. You must be knowledgeable in the standards, laws and regulations mandated by the State, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other accrediting agencies specific to the operation of each discipline. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical department managers and directors through performance improvement projects, as well as participate in hospital committees, including but not limited to the Critical Care Committee, Infection Control Sub-Committee and Code Blue Sub-Committee. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field required.
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required.
  • License as a Respiratory Therapist required.
