Responsibilities Position Summary: Operational Oversight & Strategy: Lead and manage Club operational processes including dues, activations, transaction fees, and headcount reconciliation. Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Club operations. Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Partner with Finance to support Club-related budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Club financials and operational KPIs. Audit & Compliance: Oversee internal audits (e.g., DEX) and ensure compliance with operational and financial controls. Maintain documentation and process integrity across Club support functions. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor analysts supporting Club operations. Collaborate with Resort Ops, Call Center, and Financial Consolidation teams to align processes and eliminate duplication. Process Improvement & Reporting: Identify and implement improvements in reporting, reconciliation, and operational workflows. Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to support Club performance tracking. Strong leadership and project management skills Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required Qualifications: Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, leading a team, project oriented, collaboration with many teams, timeshare experience BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of related experience 2+ years of supervisory experience Computer Skills; Presentation Skills; proficiency in Excel and Accounting software.
