Provide supervision to the residential staff and programs Build and maintain a cohesive team of leaders and hire/train new team members as needed Manage and maintain the annual budget for all assigned departments. Maintain and develop new relationships with community partners and organizations Interaction with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, community partners, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social/human services related field required.
  • Management experience with a minimum of two years experience highly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's preferred.
