The Manager of Residential Revitalization is responsible for programmatic and staff management for the Community Housing Impact and Preservation (CHIP) and the Housing Assistance Grant Programs (HAGP) in the Office of Community Enhancement (OCE) at the Department of Development. This is an in-office position that is responsible for field staff working remotely across the state. Through the CHIP Program, eligible communities can undertake a variety of housing-related activities. Through a flexible, community-wide approach, communities improve and provide affordable housing for low- and moderate-income persons and strengthen neighborhoods through community collaboration. The goal of the HAGP program is to promote affordable housing opportunities and improve housing conditions for families and individuals at or below 50%25 of Area Median Income, primarily through emergency home repair and limited down payment assistance.
