SUMMARY: The Manager of Facilities, Gateway Hospital is responsible for the integration of the Property Management System of Gateway, and its affiliate and associate companies. The key role will be to standardize the implementation of the Capital Plans; compliance with HUD requirements, and develop and implement maintenance program, and provide staff support to the Board of Directors of Gateway Realty Corporation.
