Purpose Under the direction of the Office Director, the Manager, Resettlement & Support services is responsible for the overall oversight, management, and supervision of the CWS Tampa resettlement programming, including the federally funded Reception and Placement (R&P) for newly arriving refugees, the Preferred Communities (PC) case management programs, and wraparound programming including workforce development, cultural orientation, and language access. This position is responsible for ensuring high quality case management services are delivered to clients, as well as programmatic compliance with contract requirements.
