About The Position

The Reporting Manager leads the development, governance, and delivery of
high-quality reporting and data insights that support operational, regulatory,
audit, and business decision making. This role oversees a complex reporting
processes, including CC&B ad hoc data extraction, development of OUA platform
reporting, and audit ready data validation. The Reporting Manager partners
closely with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors and cross
functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, transparency, and alignment with
business priorities. This position requires strong analytical capabilities,
business acumen, and exemplary leadership skills to manage a high performing
reporting function.
