About The Position
Sutter Coast Hospital, part of Sutter Health, is a 49-bed, not-for-profit hospital located in Crescent City, California. The hospital serves a population of approximately 43,000 and offers a range of services including a 24-hour emergency department, intensive care, surgery, obstetrics, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, psychiatric care, senior care, and home health services. The position involves managing the clinical inpatient and/or outpatient service departments for Rehabilitation, overseeing budgets, operations, staffing, quality improvement, and compliance to ensure high-quality patient care. The role is accountable for optimizing performance in service, quality, personnel, growth, and financial aspects.
