About The Position

This position will be responsible for leadership of SKMC inpatient rehab, outpatient services in Commerce Towers and at the outlying clinics in Amboy, Oregon, and Polo. The Rehabilitation Services Manager is a licensed therapist who manages, plans, implements, and evaluates department operations and activities; provides leadership for a rehabilitation entity. The Manager plays a key role in assuring quality service, patient and team member satisfaction, compliance with current policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a therapy specialty.
• 3 years of clinical experience in acute care and/or outpatient facility.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Pathologist in the respective state.
• American Heart BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information accurately.
• Knowledge of the therapy process to assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate rehab care.
• Problem identification and conflict resolution skills necessary in personnel management.
• Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in a therapy specialty.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Knowledge of current theory and practice in organizational behavior and supervisory and administrative principles and practices.
