About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager at Four Peaks Brewing Company is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies within the beverage industry. This role involves analyzing market trends, providing sales analytics, and collaborating with sales staff to achieve sales objectives and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or related field, preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Promotions in the beverage/alcohol industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices (beer and merchandise).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including familiarity and proven experience in advanced formulas and PivotTables.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Beer Server or Certified Cicerone preferred.
• Experience with OBEER a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects.
• Experience utilizing and interpreting syndicated data and databases, including IRI, Nelson, Business Objects, and Wholesaler Data.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and pricing analysis including impact on market share and profitability.
• Conduct research on various sales execution and pricing strategies to uncover root-cause issues/opportunities.
• Manage a data analysis program to include routine and cyclical market measurement.
• Partner with staff at all levels to provide support in individual performance analysis.
• Ensure all brands are legally registered and approved for sale.
• Create and update sales presentations for communication meetings, retailer visits, and planning meetings.
• Evaluate brand/package sales promotions and suggest modifications to enhance sales/profitability.
• Support the sales staff with trends, tracking, and execution.
