The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategies to attract, enroll, retain, and graduate a diverse and talented student body across the college.
Develop and implement an enrollment plan aligned with the college’s mission, vision, and strategy
Collect, analyze, and present enrollment data
Lead recruitment campaigns, coordinate open houses and other events
Design and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates
Collaborate with other departments to develop recruitment and retention initiatives
Provide leadership to and development opportunities for college staff supporting recruitment, enrollment, and retention
Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, health sciences, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/enrollment management, student success, admissions, or related areas
Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy
Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of admission standards
Knowledge of student recruitment and retention issues
Knowledge of data management standards and processes
Knowledge of project coordination, assessment, goals and strategy
Problem-solving techniques and practice
