About The Position
The Manager, Recruitment and Workforce Strategy (BravenX) is responsible for growing the BravenX program, which aims to recruit approximately 500 students per semester into Braven's Leadership and Career Accelerator course. This role involves managing relationships with partners, supporting students post-accelerator, and ensuring strong career outcomes for participants. The position is part of the Innovation Team and reports directly to the Director of BravenX Partnerships & Strategy.
