  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing recruitment efforts for a large and diverse organization is preferred but not required.

  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative approach to candidate sourcing.
