About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordination Manager to lead and develop our AMER Recruiting Coordination team. This is a people-first leadership role. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the candidate experience and high-quality coordination across our hiring ecosystem. Recruiting Coordinators play a critical role in driving candidate experience and ensuring operational excellence across the hiring process. In this role, you’ll focus on building a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, and creating the systems and support structures that enable coordinators to thrive.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting; 2+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing early-career talent
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Notion, Workday, and Ashby
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and advanced reporting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all interview stages
  • Thoughtfully scale the systems (e.g. Ashby, Notion), workflows, and tools that power coordination at Notion
  • Continuously evaluate where automation, AI, and better system design can reduce manual work while preserving a high-touch candidate experience
  • Drive documentation and clarity around our recruiting processes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators across SF and NY
  • Set clear performance goals and expectations aligned to recruiting priorities
  • Establish and uphold standards for scheduling accuracy, communication, and interviewer readiness
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth conversations
  • Hire and onboard new team members as needed
