About The Position

The Manager of Real Estate Operations at Baptist Health Enterprises is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the facility portfolio, focusing on building operations, team development, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures compliance with documentation requirements that support the environment of care and manages areas such as supply and parts management, FTE scheduling, and work order flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or Chief Engineer role.
• Extensive knowledge of building equipment operations, including HVAC and life safety equipment.
• Strong skills in employee relations and customer service.

Nice To Haves

• BOMI SMA certification preferred.
