About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio as it pertains to building operations, team development, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with documentation requirements supporting the environment of care. This role includes responsibilities such as supply/parts management, FTE scheduling, and work order flow.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Cert, GED, Trn, Exper).
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering is desired.
• Proven experience in an Operations Manager (Chief Engineer) role.
• Extensive knowledge and technical background related to building equipment operations (HVAC, life safety equipment, etc.).
• Clear understanding of required building inspections.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in employee relations and customer service.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• BOMI SMA certification preferred.
