About The Position

The Operations Manager at Baptist Health South Florida is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the portfolio related to building operations. This role focuses on team development, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements that support the environment of care. The Operations Manager will also manage supply and parts, FTE scheduling, and work order flow, contributing to the efficient operation of the healthcare facilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred.
• Proven experience in an Operations Manager (Chief Engineer) role.
• Extensive knowledge and technical background related to building equipment operations (HVAC, life safety equipment, etc.).
• Clear understanding of required building inspections.
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in employee relations and customer service.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• BOMI SMA certification is preferred.
