About The Position

ModMed is hiring a driven Manager, RCM Business Systems & Process Improvement to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM Operations team focused on driving process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to support BOOST’s growth at scale. Requirements

  • Bachelors Required or equivalent experience, required.
  • 3-5 years RCM experience with direct team member management experience.
  • Deep understanding of RCM processes that impact billing and reimbursement.
  • Strong prioritization and delegation skills to balance operational support with strategic initiatives.
  • Fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
  • Advanced analytical skills in triaging product issues and gathering requirements for issue resolution or increased efficiency.
  • Clear and concise communication skills to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support and coaching to BOOST Business Analysts & Systems Admins.
  • Oversee the intake, prioritization, and resolution of product-related issues identified by BOOST team members and vendor partners.
  • Develop efficient processes within our BOOST Continuous Improvement team that support accelerated growth at scale.
  • Provide executive and senior leadership team updates and scheduled reporting on a regular cadence.
  • Facilitate process and change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption.
