PURPOSE: The Manager of Ramp Operations is responsible for leading all below-the-wing operations at HVN in partnership with the Manager of Customer Service. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient ground handling while upholding Avelo's standards for reliability and operational performance. The Manager oversees Ramp Supervisors and Crewmembers, driving a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and works closely with the Manager of Customer Service to ensure seamless coordination of HVN operations.
