About The Position

Manager, Radiology is responsible for operational oversight and supervision of department personnel for all imaging modalities within the Radiology Department. A sharp vision for the department working in concert with strategic goals of the hospital and/or organization. Works with staff to improve quality of care, continuously assess safety techniques, strengthen financial performance, and improve patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Maintain solid working relationships with medical directors, nursing leaders, and other personnel outside of department to ensure safety and regulatory standards are satisfied in addition to upholding department efficiency. This is a management position.

Requirements

• CRT/ARRT, or bachelor's degree in health administration, or ten (10) years leadership experience within the Radiology Department.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Five (5) years' experience in an acute care facility.
• Five (5) years leadership experience within the Radiology Department.
• Knowledge and understanding of Title 17.
• Knowledge of MQSA standards and/or regulations.
