Position Summary: The Quality Manager provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with AS9100D, NADCAP, and ITAR requirements. This role oversees inspection, testing, and quality assurance functions to ensure that materials, components, and finished products meet established standards and customer expectations. The Quality Manager drives continuous improvement, fosters a culture of accountability, and partners cross-functionally to strengthen product integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Manages the department or team responsible for inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. The Quality Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with AS9100D, NADCAP, and ITAR requirements. This role provides strategic leadership to maintain the highest standards of product integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and sustain quality assurance policies, processes, and performance metrics that support continuous improvement across production, engineering, and supply chain functions.
