About The Position
As a leader in the organization, actively champion and role model site vision with focus on the safety and well-being of employees, products, and equipment. Develop and lead programs that ensure compliance to all company quality and food safety policies, and all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements. Teach and translate these requirements into daily operations. This position is located in Arkadelphia, AR and requires 100% on-site work. Willingness to work off shift (including days, weekends, and/or holidays) and flow to the work as needed is essential. Travel is anticipated to be less than 10%.
