About The Position
The Manager, Quality Compliance is responsible for leading the Cardiac Surgery/Vascular Intervention Quality Compliance group at Getinge. This role involves maintaining quality systems, managing internal audits, overseeing the CAPA process, and handling third-party audits and FDA inspections. The manager will ensure compliance with various regulations and standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the Quality Management System. This position also includes managing a team of 3 to 4 employees and reporting to the Wayne Getinge Headquarters.
