About The Position

As the Manager of Quality and Site Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the Bedford PS R D ISO certification through strict adherence to quality requirements, including audit management, documentation, training, calibration, preventative maintenance facilitation, self-inspections, and supplier quality. Holding the title of Bedford Site Director, you will partner with EHS, Site Security, Real Estate & Property Management (REPS), and other supporting operational functions to evolve the site to meet corporate and business needs while ensuring that emerging issues are properly managed. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication. You ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary skills to develop and deliver critical work processes that enable a highly efficient R D environment. You are expected to create an open and collaborative atmosphere, foster intra-team communication, provide visibility to all team members, and support initiative and risk-taking. This is an onsite position based in Bedford, MA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive results.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management system.
  • Understanding of EHS requirements for non-manufacturing areas and R D laboratories.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS).
  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
  • ASQ certification.
  • Strong understanding of building infrastructure systems.
  • R D or Quality experience in new product development.
  • Experience working in R D laboratories.
  • Formal leadership training.
