The QA Manager provides technical leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of quality assurance across Netsmart’s engineering organization. This role blends deep QA engineering expertise, a startup‑oriented ownership mindset, and the real‑world impact of delivering high‑quality healthcare technology to millions of users nationwide. As the QA Manager, you will lead a team of QA professionals responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of complex applications, cloud frameworks, and healthcare workflows. You will drive automation, elevate engineering quality practices, strengthen QA strategy and documentation, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to support our mission. This role is onsite 5 days a week in our Overland Park, KS headquarters and may require availability after hours to support critical releases, escalations, or production efforts.
