You’ll lead a high-performing team within Nike’s North America Distribution Network leading its purchasing and supply planning team, focused on strategic purchasing, supplier relationship management, and end-to-end supply planning. This position partners across Global Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Facility Maintenance and Operations to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize inventory and supplier performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, NA Engineering, Facility Maintenance and Purchasing and Supply Planning, you will manage Purchasing and Supply Planning Specialist while collaborating closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability goals. We’re looking for a strategic, people-first leader with deep expertise in procurement, supply planning, and supplier performance management. You bring experience driving cross-functional alignment and mentoring high-performing teams. You excel at identifying efficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance across complex supplier ecosystems. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proven experience leading within a matrixed organization, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
