The Partnership is seeking a dynamic, collaborative and motivated project manager to join our Public Service Leadership Institute (PSLI) team to manage our Excellence in Government (EIG) and Data Leadership in Public Service (DLPS) programs for government employees. This position may also manage other small programs such as customized retreats. The EIG Fellows program is the premier leadership development course for federal employees at the GS-14 to GS-15 levels. For more than 30 years, EIG has helped federal employees develop strong leadership skills through application-based learning, highly interactive activities, authentic self-reflection, personalized coaching, and governmentwide networking. Our graduates go on to plan, design and implement innovative solutions to address the federal government’s biggest challenges and improve their agencies’ effectiveness. The DLPS Program is designed to meet the growing need for data-ready leaders of government organizations. This course builds on basic data skills to develop evidence-driven leaders, making informed decisions, driving actionable insights, and fostering a data-driven culture within agencies at every level of government. This role will manage the day-to-day execution of the EIG and DLPS programs. Responsibilities include planning and execution, leading teams of executive coaches and program staff who deliver the programs to government leaders and managing relationships with external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with a strong project management background who also has experience with delegation; excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and demonstrated experience in relationship management.
