About The Position
Breakaway Group is in search of an experienced PR Manager to support all corporate communications and media relations on behalf of the brand, across both Live and Label verticals. This role will work cross-departmentally driving publicity and supporting the development of Breakaway’s communication strategy behind corporate, live, label, and brand partnership functions. As a key player in shaping the public image of our artists, events, executives, and brand, you will develop and manage PR campaigns, foster media relationships, attain press opportunities, and ensure consistent messaging that amplifies our presence in the music industry. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a skilled communicator, and a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the music industry and its unique media landscape. This individual will combine a passion for music culture with their strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of publicity needs to elevate our brand, executives, and artists. Our team seeks a strategic manager who thrives in high-energy environments, collaborates seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, acts proactively, and has a deep network of relative industry contacts.
