You will work closely with a cross functional team of leaders, project managers, and Business Stakeholders to solve business problems related to internal processes. You will be responsible for identifying critical processes to the business, defining the business' requirements, process mapping and assessing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the process, developing new or reengineering existing processes, and supporting implementation. This includes an E2E approach and direct ownership of the program being developed. You will help supportsour teams in driving a best-in-class, service-focused operation by designing and guiding the use of operational frameworks and ideologies. You will report into the Director, Process Improvement. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
