We are seeking a Manager, Provider Network Recruitment who leads with purpose, develops high‑performing teams, and drives results that support access, growth, and quality across all lines of business. This role blends people leadership and hands‑on recruitment, requiring a leader who can coach, influence, and execute—while modeling LIBERTY’s values every day. How You’ll Lead As the Manager, Provider Network Recruitment, you will: Put People First by coaching, developing, and supporting a team of Provider Network Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to achieve strong performance and professional growth. Engage & Empower your team through clear expectations, consistent feedback, and meaningful weekly 1:1s. Operate with Accountability by setting KPIs, monitoring production, and ensuring recruitment commitments are met with accuracy and integrity. Lead with Collaboration by partnering cross‑functionally with Provider Relations, Network Management, Sales, Claims, Member Services, and the People Team. Model Excellence by staying hands‑on with complex recruitment efforts, negotiations, and high-priority markets. Approximately 70% of this role focuses on people leadership and strategy, with 30% dedicated to hands‑on recruitment and market execution. What You’ll Do In alignment with LIBERTY’s commitment to service, access, and quality, you will: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture. Establish production standards, monitor dashboards, and drive results aligned with network adequacy goals. Assign markets and workloads strategically to ensure balanced coverage and recruiter success. Conduct advanced market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and fee schedules. Assist in developing and refining recruitment processes, policies, and procedural documentation to improve efficiency and scalability. Recruit General Dentists and Specialists, building trusted relationships with providers and office staff. Review provider contracts for accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with regional requirements. Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activity in CRM systems and preparation of recurring activity and performance reports. Ensure timely and accurate completion of contracting and credentialing documentation. Support recruitment outreach campaigns, mailings, and special initiatives in partnership with Provider Relations Operations. Leverage CRM tools to track pipelines, activity, and forecasting. Prepare executive‑level updates highlighting recruitment progress, market insights, and trends. Represent LIBERTY Dental Plan with professionalism and credibility in provider interactions and industry settings. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in provider network recruitment, insurance networks, or related recruitment/sales roles. 2+ years of experience leading recruiters, preferably in provider or network recruitment. Strong knowledge of dental provider markets, contracting, fee schedules, and credentialing. Proven ability to balance high‑volume recruitment with attention to detail and quality. Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, and multi‑market pipelines. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Skilled in market analysis, problem-solving, and resolving complex recruitment challenges. Ability to synthesize trends and prepare executive-level updates. Comfort working on the phone daily with dental offices and provider groups. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $98,000-$125,000 per year, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions. Please note that the listed range represents the full base salary for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
