About This Opportunity: As a Manager, Provider Analytics, you will lead a team responsible for the accuracy, structure, and usability of enterprise provider data. You’ll partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Application Development to deliver high-quality analytics that power critical business decisions. This role blends people leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic thinking that drives data integrity, improves processes, and shapes how provider data is leveraged across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics) or equivalent experience.
Strong experience working with provider and medical claims data.
Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python, with experience supporting or reviewing production-level code.
Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality.
Experience identifying root causes and driving durable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
Experience with Spark or other distributed processing frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Working knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts by providing technical direction, reviewing deliverables, and guiding problem-solving approaches.
Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap in alignment with product and enterprise data strategy.
Set clear performance expectations, support professional development, and manage ongoing performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data, leading complex analyses to establish accurate provider identity, network status, affiliations, and hierarchy across multiple data sources.
Design and support scalable, production-grade analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of analytical outputs through strong validation and review practices.
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Application Development, and Client Success to deliver solutions, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data reliability.
Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and best practices to strengthen provider data capabilities.
Manage and track work through project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
