About The Position
The Manager of Prospect Development is responsible for planning, fine-tuning, implementing, and directing a strategic, comprehensive prospect development program, encompassing prospect research, portfolio management, and reporting. This position will lead the prospect development team to implement strategies that identify new prospective donors, analyze donor information and prospects to optimize assignments, develop metrics, goals, and projections, and identify prospects' capacity and propensity to make a meaningful impact through philanthropy. The manager will implement best practices to lead the evolution of a sophisticated, best-in-class prospect development team.
