About The Position
The position involves actively supporting the Company's commitment to safety and its core values while representing the Company with high moral standards. The role includes directing the work of Estimating and Proposal Management teams and being responsible for the delivery of complete bid packages, which encompass schedules, execution plans, estimates, proposals, and supporting attachments. The individual will ensure compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Bid Review processes, coordinating review efforts through the DOA approval levels. Additionally, the role requires the production of accurate and reliable estimates and all supporting documents needed for internal review, including project risk analysis and commercial analysis. The position also involves developing standard estimating metrics for future estimates and ensuring the quality of estimate reviews, focusing on historical metrics, basis of estimate, risk analysis, and execution plans. Collaboration with Business Development and Project Delivery teams is essential to align proposal management teams with strategic objectives. The individual will participate in opportunity strategy discussions and ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are implemented within the proposal delivery team. Leadership direction, guidance, and motivation of the delivery team are key responsibilities, along with resolving escalated challenges or issues as needed.
