  • Ensure the scalability and performance of technology solutions to meet future business needs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps to guide future investments and initiatives.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in technology architecture, specifically with Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of system integration and data flow processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technology solutions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Domain expertise in Payer is preferred.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a hybrid work model to ensure effective collaboration.
  • UKG Pro WFM experience in creating and mapping APIs and building pipelines.
  • UKG Boomi Integration Empowerment certification.
