The Royal Caribbean Group’s Fleet Modernization Procurement Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Project Procurement reporting to the Senior Director, Fleet Modernization. The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida. The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Position Summary / Job Purpose: This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution and monitoring phases of procurement projects as well as the procurement of materials, equipment, services, and subcontracting activities for Fleet Modernization projects. This position will liaise with multi-site teams and engage in large scale, multi-year, complex contracting for large capital projects. This position challenges technical specifications, commercial practices, and business processes with a focus on driving cost-effective operations. Strong sourcing, contractual writing and negotiating skills are required. The incumbent will work closely with most areas of Supply Chain, Newbuild organization, Brand Operations, Finance, and Project Controls teams.
